We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Assistant Accountant. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regional Finance. This full-time and permanent position is based in Johor, Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our Finance Operation and its' growth.
Key responsibilities:

  • Generate, review, and issue accurate invoices to customers based on services or products provided, ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Reconcile billing discrepancies by reviewing accounts, identifying errors, and applying necessary adjustments.
  • Maintain and update customer billing records, tracking charges, payments, and adjustments.
  • Monitor incoming payments, ensure they are applied correctly to accounts, and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Assist with audit and month end closing activities
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Key requirements:
  • Good communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to fine detail and able to work to tight deadlines and multi-tasking.
  • Independent and self-motivated.
  • Ability to organise and prioritize work with minimum supervision
  • Strong team player
  • Prior experience in handling account receivable is a great advantage.
  • Experience in the shared services and in handling companies in various jurisdictions is an advantage
  • Recognized Degree / Diploma in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least with 1-3 years of experiences in accounting/finance.
  • Fresh grads is encourage to apply.
