This is Malaysia's leading F&B group of companies that have successfully operating a chain of restaurants across Malaysia, providing finest beverages and cuisine for fine dining.
Currently they are recruiting suitable accounting candidates/professionals to join their finance team based at their corporate head office at Lake Fields, in the vicinity of The Mines in Sungei Besi/Seri Kembangan area.
The company operates on a 5-day week basis, from 9.30am to 6.30pm, Monday-Friday.
About the job
The position is permanent in nature at senior Executive level. The main purpose of the role is to provide assistance and support to the Finance Manager in assisting in the monthly management accounts for a number of store nation wide.
However, the overall job responsibilities are as follows:
Responsible for the preparation of full set of accounts, management reports.
Manage the general accounting day-to-day transactions and monthly B/S and P&L analysis.
Conduct analytical reviews of profit & loss accounts and balance sheets, including trend analysis, cost center checks.
About the Candidate
Candidates for this senior accounting role must possess minimum Diploma qualification in Accounting or at best a Bachelor degree in Accountancy. Candidate should have at least three to five years of accounting experience working ideally in retail or F&B industry environment. Prior accounting experience in F&B or catering/hospitality industry will be a huge advantage. Besides Accounting skills, candidates with strong Excel and Mathematics skills are essential.
This is an excellent opportunity for accounting candidate to gain experience and establish themselves in an established renowned F&B retail industry. To be considered for the role, candidates must be proficient in spoken and written English plus conversant in BM and Chinese/Mandarin.

Remuneration and reward
