Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• Fluent in Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia.
• 1 year of experience in an accounting or finance-related role (internships included)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining financial records and ensuring financial data is accurate and up-to-date
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Help prepare financial reports and statements
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents
• Respond to inquiries from vendors, clients, or internal departments
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, and document preparation
