a) Perform general typing and filing of accounting/administration documents.
b) Match suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 invoice, Delivery Orders and Purchase Orders for general items.
c) Arrange for office equipment\xe2\x80\x99s maintenance or servicing.
d) Act as substitute receptionist when required.
e) Sort and distribute incoming mails and faxes.
f) Upkeep proper record maintenance of staff attendance, leaves, medical attentions, overtime.
g) Check punch cards to process staff attendance, overtime, etc.
h) Prepare for monthly payroll, payroll report and salary journal.
i) Renewal foreign worker\xe2\x80\x99s passport and update the relevant documents.
j) Update/maintain staff information in the Payroll system.
k) Ensure payment for EPF/SOCSO/HRDF/PTPTN are done on or before the deadline.
l) Conduct monthly spot check on workers\xe2\x80\x99 lockers, bags, etc, or whenever necessary.
m) Carry out monthly audit on foreign workers\xe2\x80\x99 hostels.
n) Ensure alarm systems are functioning well, ie, Border Sensor and General Alarm.
o) Assist and carry out any other related function assigned by Admin Supervisor/Admin Manager.
Requirements
a) SPM and above
b) Methodical in filing jobs.
c) Able to read/write/speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
d) Knowledge in computer added advantage.
e) Salary range \xe2\x80\x93 RM1600 \xe2\x80\x93 RM1900
f) At least 1-2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience
