Job Description


:Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, distribute and upkeep correspondence memos, notifications, letters, faxes and forms as per Healthcare Support Services management direction. Maintain files with confidentiality in an easily accessible format (document filling).
  • Execute process of deductions and other payments are done efficiently
  • Prepare and issue Customer Satisfaction Survey (CSS), Customer Satisfaction Assessment (CSA), and Customer Performance Assessment (CPA) form for hospitals\' customer.
  • Manage office supplies to sustain stock levels for daily operations in a cost-effective manner.
  • Coordinate the maintenance of company\'s assets such as air conditioning units, vehicle, and office automation to extend assets life span. Register company assets in designated system (eCLIP).
  • Coordinate office housekeeping and cleanliness to maintain a good and conducive working environment.
  • Manage training and events arrangement such as booking of venues, set up training materials and equipment, and compile evaluation forms to contribute to the effectiveness of training and events.
  • Prepare minutes of operational meetings in a timely and accurate manner to support operation decision-making.
Job Requirements:
  • Diploma specialised in Office Management & Technology
  • At least 1 - 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Independent and adept at working in groups, with the ability to interact with all levels of personnel.
