Requirements
What we're looking for
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of stakeholders
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred
SQL accounting experience is preferred
Mandarin speaking will be in advantages

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing
Providing administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day office operations
Handling various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
To maintain the documentation and filing systems to ensure it is kept up-to-date
Answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and courteous manner
Maintaining and organising office supplies and inventory
Performing other general office duties as assigned
