Graduate/ Assistant Architect position available: \xe2\x80\x90 To join a new team in Petaling Jaya from an established office HQ based in Penang. Task & scope: \xe2\x80\x90 Daily work of architectural consultancy practice but not limited to design, drawing preparation, authority submission, tender/ construction drawings, site, client consultant meeting etc. \xe2\x80\x90 Great opportunity to deal with international client and multinational companies. Knowledge & skills: \xe2\x80\x90 LAM or equivalent Part 1 or 2 candidates. \xe2\x80\x90 Min1\xe2\x80\x905 years work experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply. \xe2\x80\x90 Computer literacy skills for architecture. \xe2\x80\x90 Understanding of local authority & statutory requirement. \xe2\x80\x90 Good command in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Personality: \xe2\x80\x90 Self\xe2\x80\x90motivated, goal oriented, independent, last but not least, creativity & cheerful charisma. Others: \xe2\x80\x90 Own transportation. \xe2\x80\x90 CV or portfolio shall send in PDF format with NO more than 5MB.
