Requirements

• Able to speak in Mandarin
• Candidates must possess at least Degree
• Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Conduct site surveys and gather data to support the design process.
• Collaborate with senior architects and other team members to develop design concepts and solutions.
• Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, to communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to the resolution of design and technical issues.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of architectural plans, drawings, and details using CAD software.
• Collaborate with senior architects and designers in the development of design concepts and solutions.
