About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Assistant Architect

to join growing team. The ideal candidate will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring that every design meets functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full architectural design process,

from schematic design and design development to construction documentation and administration.

Produce and review design deliverables

including conceptual designs, detailed drawings, technical documentation, and presentation materials.

Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and contractors

to ensure the design intent is maintained and project goals are achieved.

Ensure compliance

with all relevant local building codes, zoning regulations, safety requirements, and sustainability standards.

Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables

to ensure timely and cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Conduct site visits and inspections

to review construction progress, verify design implementation, and resolve on-site technical or design issues.

Provide mentorship and guidance

to junior architects and drafters, offering feedback, technical direction, and quality oversight throughout project stages.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (or equivalent). 4+ years of architectural experience with at least 2 years in a project leadership role. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, adobe photoshop, sketchup software and other design software. Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods. Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
