Description:You will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International\'s Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Bar Manager supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily bar operations, ensuring high-quality service, maintaining inventory, and achieving financial targets. The Assistant Bar Manager\'s goal is to enhance guest satisfaction through excellent service, manage staff effectively, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Qualifications:
- Due to work permit restrictions, this position is only open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia.
- Ideally with a university degree/diploma in Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Work experience as an Assistant Bar Manager or Team Leader within hotels or luxury restaurants is preferred.
- Strong understanding of bar operations, including beverage preparation, inventory management, and customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time management abilities, and the capacity to work under pressure and handle high-stress situations effectively.
