Job Scope
Boutique Administration
Manage the cashiering, till reconciliation, daily closing, transaction update etc.
Responsible for updating reports.
Validate staff attendance, leave, OT records and make sure all related records are submitted to office timely.
In-charge of the Boutique maintenance issues, deal efficiently and closely monitor to the work performance of external vendors; work with them on improvement actions.
Ensure adequate supply of Boutique materials, systems, equipment, uniforms etc.
Manage the documentation and streamline work processes for operational efficiency.
Familiarize with the Retail Handbook and comply with related procedures and regulations.
Stock and Inventory Management
Monitor the stock inventory level and do necessary replenishment quickly and accurately.
Ensure all the stock are in good condition and protected in order to avoid any damage.
Manage defective items and responsible for the local damage cost control.
Lead the stock deliveries and merchandise transfer from warehouse and other stores.
Ensure all the stock movement are followed the Company regulations.
Manage the daily routine spot check for maintaining the standard of housekeeping and to prevent stock loss.
Be one of the leaders in regular stock take investigations, make sure they are done on time and the procedures are well-managed.
Lead the regular internal audit.
People Management
Lead the BOH team including Cashier, Store Administrator, Stock Assistant, Shop Attendants and Part-timers to cover all BOH functions and achieve Boutique business goals and objectives.
Manage the work schedule, grooming and job duties delegation for BOH staff and Part timers in an effective and efficient manner.
Provide coaching and guidance to the team to optimize efficiency.
Set individual goals to the team, monitor and assess to staff performance against their goals regularly.
Support the team with consistent qualitative feedback, coaching and evaluation for performance improvement and develop them to next level.
Develop a good team spirit within BOH and extend the collaboration to other Boutique staff and across Boutiques.
Maintain the team passion to the Brand.
Sales Performance and Client Development
Enthusiastic in achieving sales targets given by Boutique Lead through effective use of selling techniques, customer service, clientele and product knowledge.
Identify clients' expectations and complete sales transactions successfully.
Advise clients across all product categories and do cross-selling for achieving maximum sales potential.
Build strong collaboration with the team in order to achieve sales and Boutique objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent and professional client service.
Demonstrate as Role Model to the team to influence on the sales performance and operational.
Requirement
Minimum 3to 5 years of retail experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in luxury retail.
Strongleadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and clienteling abilities
Ability to drive sales performance and support daily store operations
