Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar managerial or supervisory role.
- Have experience of phone, installment plan, retail sales and management.
- Knowledge of inventory, financial, and team management practices
- Assist the Manager in daily operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Supervise team members and provide guidance or support when needed.
- Help implement strategies to increase branch sales and customer acquisition.
- Know about editing video and social media friendly.
- Serve customer, reply customer massage
- Help assist analyze branch sales, staff productivity, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement local marketing strategies and ensure promotion materials are displayed correctly.
