Job Description


  • Assist Branch Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders and payments).
  • Keep track on the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory.
  • Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best.
  • Coach and support new and existing Sales Assistant.
  • Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning.
  • Handle complaints from customers.
  • Make sure all employees adhere to company\xe2\x80\x99s policies and guidelines.
  • Act as our store\xe2\x80\x99s representative and set an example for our staff.
  • Working Location: No. 31, 31A & 31B, No. 33, 33A & 33B & No. 35, 35A & 35B, Jalan Mutiara 1/2, Taman Mutiara Mas, 81300 Skudai, Johor.

Manjaku is now the largest one-stop Baby products chain store in the Malaysia. Plans are ongoing to include more major towns and cities at a rate of 1 to 3 new stores per year and currently we have 27 stores.
