We are seeking for energetic and ambitious team players to be part of our Management team for our Food Courts : Food Arcade and Lao Zi Hao which consist of 31,385 leasable square feet area, total 24 stalls in Paradigm Mall Johor Bahru, one of the largest mall in the southern region. Responsibility You will be responsible for the Food Court\'s smooth operations by : 1. Leading and supervise the job performance of operations team. 2. Ensuring food court\'s assets, equipment and facilities are always in tip top condition through regular maintenance. 3. Monitoring hygiene standard and cleaning workers are wisely allocated and fully utilized in an effective manner at front of house, back of house and internal area. 4. Ensure financial management system security by ensuring Tenant\xe2\x80\x99s sales correctly keyed into POS system and bank in to the Company accordingly. 5. Communicate with prospective tenants and maintain good relationship with existing tenants. 6. Monitor and control Food Court\'s service & food quality.
