To liaise and update the Client on the relevant progress of issues and status.
To liaise with building residents on the daily operational issues.
To ensure all the building system are in compliance with the relevant by-laws.
To oversee the repair and maintenance of building facilities, electrical installations, plumbing and building services.
To implement the SMA 2013[Act757] & SMR 2015.
To monitor the collection and credit-control as well as maintain a healthy BMA & SFA
To control maintenance budget.
To organise AGM.
Job Requirement: Possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, in Real Estate/Property/Building/Facilities Management or equivalent. Job Type: Contract Contract length: 24 months Salary: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
