Key Responsibilities

Support the Cafe Manager in daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, and inventory management Supervise and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain cafe standards Train and develop new team members to uphold brand values and operational excellence Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and efficiently Assist with scheduling, ordering supplies, and tracking performance metrics Contribute to marketing initiatives, seasonal promotions, and community engagement

Qualifications

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a cafe, restaurant, or hospitality environment Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash management Passion for coffee, food, and providing great customer experiences Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
