Oversee day-to-day cafe operations to ensure smooth workflow, high-quality service, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Ensure all cafe areas (front and back) are maintained in accordance with hygiene and safety standards.
Customer Experience & Service Quality
Maintain a warm and professional environment
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction and service recovery.
Ensure product presentation, taste, and service standards consistently meet company expectations.
Inventory & Cost Management
Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment.
Conduct regular stock checks and maintain accurate documentation to minimize wastage and discrepancies.
Team Supervision & Training
Lead, train, and motivate cafe team members to uphold strong teamwork, professionalism, and service standards.
Plan staff scheduling to ensure sufficient manpower coverage for daily operations and peak hours.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and operations performance.
Collaborate with management to review processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement operational enhancements.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management to support cafe operations and business growth.
Job Requirement:
Minimum
1-2 years
of experience in cafe, restaurant, or hospitality operations.
Proven experience in team supervision, customer service, and outlet operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and train team members.
Passionate about F&B, service quality, and continuous improvement.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
