- Achieve at least SPM certificate
- Experienced western food chief for at least 1 year will be added advantage
- Able to communicate in Mandarin
- Fresh graduate is welcome to apply
- Willing to learn
- Good in following order
- Understand general SOP of a western kitchen in a non-halal environment
- Responsible for grilling, frying, cutting
- Food quality control
- Opportunity to learn and grow tremendously from a very knowledgeable and kind chief chef of major 5-star hotel
