We are looking for a supportive and motivated Assistant Chef to help run daily kitchen operations. In this role, you'll work closely with the Outlet Chef to ensure food is prepared to our standards, the kitchen stays organised, and the team works well together. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys cooking, learning, and taking on more responsibility as they grow in their career.
What You Will Do
Assist the Outlet Chef in maintaining smooth and consistent kitchen operations.
Help ensure all dishes are cooked and prepared according to recipe SOPs.
Support daily kitchen routines such as checklists, basic documentation, and taste checks.
Keep food storage clean, organised, and fresh (FIFO, date labels, etc.).
Assist with mis-en-place preparation and make sure production levels match daily needs.
Help guide and train team members so everyone can work confidently and effectively.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times.
Support the Outlet Chef with ordering, stock checks, and reducing unnecessary waste.
Step in to help lead the kitchen when the Outlet Chef is not around.
Carry out any additional tasks as required by the outlet.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
