• Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
• Coordinate and manage the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
• Source fresh and high-quality ingredients for Chinese dishes.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Chinese cuisine section.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Implement and maintain proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to create a cohesive and diverse overall menu.
• Interact with customers to understand their preferences and feedback.
