Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Assistant Club Manager and is also able to conduct Personal Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Club Manager to overlook the club operations, overseeing a team of trainers, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our clients. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing SOP's, managing client relationships, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
Leadership and Management:
Lead and manage the team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of personal trainers.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to Sales and Trainers to support their professional development.
Create a positive and motivating work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Client Management:
Oversee client consultations and assessments to understand their fitness goals, limitations, and preferences.
Design customized training programs tailored to meet the individual needs and objectives of clients.
Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support and encouragement to help them achieve their goals.
Address client concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction.
Business Development:
Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote personal training services through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and community events.
Identify opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization within the personal training department.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to remain competitive in the market.
Qualifications:
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of fitness equipment, exercise techniques, and nutrition principles.
CPR and AED certification.
Proficiency in fitness assessment tools and software (e.g., Fitbit, MyFitnessPal).
Experience with sales and marketing strategies for personal training services is a plus.
Basic Salary- RM3,000-4,000
