Job Description


  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Prefer have Accounting/Auditing background.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
  • Position available in Johor Bahru, Kempas.
Responsibilities
  • Logging incoming claims from principle, document filing, assisting in payments and billing.
  • Maintaining other claims processing procedures.
  • Communicate with principle and sales supervisor to obtain all of the data & information necessary to process claims.
  • Ensure claims submission is submit on time.
  • To do report analysis on total group claims by monthly.
  • Other ad-hoc assigned by superior from time to time.
