Salary:

RM3,000 - RM3,800 (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)

Work Arrangement:

In-office position (Work from home is not available)



We are looking for a Corporate Secretary Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is meticulous, responsible, and willing to learn, with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of corporate secretarial work.

Responsibilities



Assist in preparing and filing corporate secretarial documents, including resolutions, minutes, and annual returns Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Companies Act and SSM requirements Maintain and update statutory records and registers Liaise with clients, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and reports Meeting deadlines & handle urgent tasks Handle general administrative and clerical tasks

Requirements



Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply) Pursuing or completed MAICSA (Chartered Secretary qualification) or other relevant certification At least one (1) year of experience in corporate secretarial work (Fresh graduates will also be considered) Proficient in Chinese, Malay, and English (spoken and written) Familiar with SSM regulations and corporate secretarial practices (preferred but not required for fresh graduates) Meticulous, mature, independent, self-motivated, responsible, and with a good working attitude Willing to learn, responsible, and responsive Must be able to work in the office daily (no remote work option) Good communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines
