Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a corporate secretarial role is preferred. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Familiarity with the Companies Act 2016 and SSM procedures is an advantage.
To prepare resolutions, SSM forms (MyCoID, MBRS, eBOS), customer communication and ad-hoc tasks.
Strong attention to detail, good organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Able to work independently and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Able to prepare Minutes of Meeting, coordinate board and shareholder meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Committee Meetings.
Able to handle correspondence, documentation, MOF & CIDB registration and other administrative duties.
Proficient in English and Malay.
