Job Description

Responsibilities:



Oversee overall project activities development for multiple projects across all process, including initiation, planning, execution monitoring, cost control and closure. Ensure smooth progress of the project through close liaison/ attend meeting with clients. consultants, sub-contractors and relevant authorities. Prepare project costing, schedules and progress reports. Monitor site progress and design stages in order to meet the costs, quality and timelines Responsible for all project's correspondence and documentations. Ensure that the project is completely handed over. Reporting to Project Manager or Construction Manager.

Requirements:



Preferably with 3 years' working experience in the Interiors Fit-Out/renovation industry or related field is required for this position.

Able to write & communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an advantage

. Candidate must have initiative, responsible, hard working and can work independently. Good communication, self motivated and interpersonal skill. Willing to travel and preferably willing to work outstation as and when is required. Working location varies.

Working Location:



Bandar Bukit Puchong, 47100 Puchong, Selangor

Working Hour:



Monday-Friday 9am-6pm,

Saturday 9am-3pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
