Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Ideation & Planning

- Assist in brainstorming and developing creative content ideas.

- Support the development of content calendars and production schedules.

- Assisting content creator's members in producing new content from time to time.

- Research industry trends and audience insights to enhance content strategy.

2. Pre-Production & Coordination

- Assist in scriptwriting and content structuring.

- Help source and coordinate talents, influencers, and other collaborators.

- Manage pre-production logistics, including location scouting, props, and equipment preparation.

3. On-Site Production Support

Be an active part of the shooting team, assisting in setting up and managing shoots to ensure smooth execution.

- Coordinate with the production team and provide on-ground support.

- Assist external production teams when involved and ensure seamless collaboration.

- Handle minor troubleshooting during production.

4. Post-Production & Delivery

- Monitor and follow up with video editors to ensure timely project completion.

- Review and provide feedback on edited content to align with the creative vision.

- Assist in content organization and asset management for future use.

5. Third-Party Agency Coordination

- Liaise with third-party agencies when needed for content production and marketing support.

- Monitor and track agencies deliverables to ensure quality and timely submission.

- Provide necessary feedback and coordination to align agency work with the company's content strategy.

5. Social Media Management

Manage and monitor company's social media accounts (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok) on a daily basis.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From RM2,300.00 per month
