Candidate must possess at least a Malaysian SPM. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English Applicants must be

willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.

Preferably junior entries specializing in Logistic or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available.

Metrics Compentencies (Kecekapan Metrik):

Consistently follows and supports kitchen systems, policies and procedures. Displays teamwork at all times by communicating with and assisting others to ensure achieve a correct cooking method. Adheres to and practices all food safety and sanitation standards, laws and guidelines at all times. Uses equipment and performs tasks safely as directed. Ensure all related equipment is being maintained in good working condition to support operation with adherence to safety standards. Display the ability to work on multiple tasks and maintains a calm demeanor during stressful situation, act with sense of urgency while consistently following Standard Operating Procedures and recipes for every sauce and paste prepared and cooked.

Culinary (Kulinari):

Cleans areas of the kitchen and equipment according to the standards as assigned by management. Displays a sense of urgency when performing all job duties and completes daily cleaning list meeting time standards. Consistently cleans floors in all areas of the kitchen to standard. Sorts and stacks clean dishes and stocks them on the line in the proper place. Displays knowledge of recipes by preparing quality food to the correct specifications quickly and efficiently. Prepares correct amount of sauce and paste and the correct items indicated on the recipe sheet. Properly stocks, stores and rotates sauce and paste products according to health standards. Ensure workplace's health and safety requirements are met together with building and stock security. Perform any interdepartmental transfer or ad hoc basis as and when instructed by superior. Performs other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
