To manage the hotel inventory process on a monthly basis
To supervises the daily receiving and storekeeping activities
To ensure that all the inventory movements within the hotel are accounted for and are properly supported with appropriate documentation.
Prepare and issue various cost reports as per Management requirement
To verify that all Officers, F&B entertainment checks are processes according to procedure and prepare daily entertainment report.
To define minimum and maximum stocks levels, par stock management systems and to ensure the compliance with the relevant departments.
To ensure all goods received and delivered in and out of the hotel stores are properly documented and accounted for.
To perform daily and monthly F&B reconciliations using the POS generated sales analysis reports and ensuring that all discrepancies are explained.
To perform physical count on all storeroom stocks and month - end inventory with final balances to reconcile with the general Ledger month end balance.
To prepare the daily flash report (Food & Beverage) in the absence of the Cost Controller.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
