Job Responsibility: Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and Measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal and external teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners to evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. Job Requirement: Bachelor\'s degree / Diploma in marketing, business, or related field. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software. Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, Facebook Meta Business, and online analytics. Understanding of advanced marketing principles. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of office management. Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
