About the Role



We are seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant, Dispatch & Logistics to support our operations and fulfilment team.

This role involves handling company dispatch duties, delivering documents and goods, supporting stock movement, and assisting in daily logistics activities for our retail and beauty business.

You must be able to drive, travel, and support PO fulfilment across Klang Valley and occasionally to other states when required.

? Key Responsibilities



Dispatch & Delivery Duties

Deliver letters, documents, parcels, company products, and equipment safely and on time. Perform pickups and collections for materials, correspondence, and goods related to company operations. Assist the Operations, Retail, and Supply Chain teams in urgent fulfilment tasks, including PO deliveries to stores, partners, and events.

Driving & Vehicle Management

Drive company vehicles to transport staff, guests, materials, and equipment as needed. Ensure the vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in good running condition at all times. Perform simple vehicle maintenance and minor repairs when necessary. Ensure proper safekeeping of vehicle keys and secure parking/storage after use.

Loading & Handling

Assist in loading/unloading parcels, promotional items, event materials, and stock. Handle goods carefully and ensure correct documentation during pickup and delivery.

General Operations & Ad-Hoc Support

Support office and warehouse operations when required (stock movement, packing, labelling, event setup). Undertake special assignments and ad-hoc duties as instructed by the company.

? Requirements



Minimum SPM or equivalent. Must possess a valid motorcycle, car, and van driving licence. Able to drive outstation and work longer hours when needed. Basic understanding of logistics, dispatch or delivery tasks is an advantage. Responsible, trustworthy, punctual, and able to work independently. Physically fit and able to handle parcels and equipment. Able to work in a fast-paced retail and beauty operations environment.
