Job Description




Our client is well-known publishing firm. In order to support rapid and aggressive expansion, our client is looking for a talented and dynamic professional to join them as the Assistant E-Commerce Manager.

You will be responsible for the online sales of the products. He/she develops strategic marketing plans for the company and then oversees the implementation and execution of the various efforts associated with the marketing plan. He/she oversees the look and feel of the company website and are responsible for generating sales via online channels. The Assistant E-Commerce Manager will develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive web sales utilizing best practices in online shopping, SEO, paid search, paid social media, remarketing, and marketing automation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop growth strategy, executive and optimization of all marketing initiatives through strong analytical skills and properly managed timelines with the focus of maximizing speed and effectiveness of customer acquisition.
  • Management of SEO/SEM related matters.
  • Ensuring among others an appropriate design, programming, debugging and testing of the organization\'s online-based activities.
  • Develop, implement and analyze ecommerce strategy in order to improve website performance.
  • Participation in the development of online marketing campaigns.
  • Design, develop customer activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer and ambassador).
  • Review and analyze campaign creatives and audience targeting to ensure campaign optimization.
  • Monitoring and evaluation of users\' behavior to derive suggestions for improvements.
  • Develop e-commerce platform, architecture and strategy to drive revenue, and maximize reach and impact through this new business channel.
  • Manage a budget, allocate a proper spending across all channels & platforms, continuously working on enhancing the ROI.
Job Requirements
  • Min Diploma holder in marketing, e-Commerce, business administration, information technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
  • Data driven and technology mindset to collect and analyse data from variety of sources, identifying key insights, product decisions and spot optimal opportunities for growth.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Well-developed understanding of data analysis as well as website metrics.
  • Results-oriented and able to make fast decisions independently.
