RESPONSIBILITIES :- 1. Providing ongoing technical support to production and problem-solving task force. 2. Responsible of debug yields improvement and technical advancement. 3. Analyse the high failures detected in production line by performing root cause failure analysis steps. 4. Initiate & carry out given instruction to implement and keep track of quality, productivity and other engineering improvement projects. 5. Responsible for ensuring that failing units can be resolve to meet the daily production output targets. 6. Hands on experience in trouble shooting, repair PCBA and finish good product. 7. Collaborate with engineers from others departments in problem solving and improvement. 8. Evaluating all products and processes and ensuring standardization of quality assurance measures. 9. Participating in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions. 10. Provide support on special tasks such as reject meters from SG, fail units from subcon, change part for NPI and etc. REQUIREMENTS :- 1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. 2. At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 3. Preferably for Junior Engineer specializing in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent in Debugging. 4. Knowledge in circuit analysis of schematic diagrams and debugging tools at PCBA level or component level. 5. Must be independent and equipped with good analytical and troubleshooting skills. 6. Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented. 7. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisation skills.
