Assist in monitoring site environmental conditions (air, water, noise, erosion).
Help ensure the project follows DOE and environmental regulations.
Support implementation of the Environmental Management Plan (EMP) / ESCP.
Assist with scheduled waste management and proper disposal.
Prepare basic environmental reports, checklists, and documentation.
Conduct site inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
Assist in environmental training/toolbox talks for workers.
Work with authorities and consultants during inspections or audits.
Support incident investigations (e.g., spills or non-compliance).
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Environmental Science/Engineering or related field.
Basic understanding of environmental regulations (EQA 1974).
Good reporting and communication skills.
Willing to work on construction sites.
