We are Catering company with 35 years experience, now we looking F&B Event Coordinator for one of our outlet at Dengkil.
We looking some want with experience can handle event, cafeteria and documentation.
Event Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and venues
Planning event details and aspects, including seating, dining and guests
Creating reliable financial reports and collecting payments on time
Remaining under budget with all costs
Managing events and addressing potential problems that may arise
Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with event planning software and other tools
Knowledge of basic marketing and promotional strategies
