KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Supervise all operation and maintenance activities carried out in the Sarawak Energy Recreation Centre and its facilities.
• Manage all facility asset inventories and storage of the Sarawak Energy Recreation Centre.
• Administer and ensure timely procurement are delivered for Sarawak Energy Recreation Centre is accordance to the Sarawak Energy Procurement, Procedure and Policy guideline.
• Implementation of process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery
• Engage employees at all levels in the business to help mitigate / eliminate unnecessary work and improving the operation bottom-line of the recreation centre.
• Drive Healthy Living focus across the organization and collaborate with Sarawak Energy Employees' Recreation Club in planning and organizing events.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) with background in Sports association administration works
• 15-20 years working experiences preferably related to sports industry/ association and experience in organizing related events is an advantage.
• Experience in managing a facility, including keeping record of inventories, repair & maintenance.
• Keen interest in sports management, excellent communication and written skills, as well as teamwork

• Computer literate - Microsoft offices (Words & Excel)
