Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; prior experience in warehouse or logistics is a plus.
  • Proficiency in warehouse management principles, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping processes.
  • Strong data entry skills and experience with inventory control systems to accurately record and track stock levels.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics activities, including transportation scheduling and delivery tracking, ensuring timely and efficient distribution.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal teams and external partners.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities to address and resolve any issues that may arise in the warehouse or during logistics operations.
  • Meticulous record-keeping skills to maintain accurate documentation of all warehouse and logistics activities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate logistics activities, including scheduling shipments and managing transportation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks to minimize discrepancies.
  • Perform data entry tasks to update warehouse and logistics databases with relevant information.
  • Support the implementation of warehouse management systems and processes to improve efficiency.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to resolve logistics-related issues.
  • Assist in problem-solving related to warehouse operations and logistics challenges.
  • Maintain proper record keeping of all warehouse and logistics related documents.
