Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation.
Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and budgets.
Ensure all accounting records are maintained accurately and timely according to regulatory requirements.
Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary.
Manage cash flow and monitor daily banking transactions.
Support administrative duties such as invoicing, filing, and documentation.
Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant working experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
