Job Description


Job Responsibility Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling appointments, managing emails, and organizing files. Payroll Processing: Assist in processing payroll, including calculating employee hours, deductions, and taxes. Inventory Management: Monitor and replenish office supplies, equipment, and other inventory as needed. Data Entry: Enter and update information into databases, spreadsheets, and other digital systems accurately and efficiently. Job Requirements Possess at least SPM qualification Knowledge in UBS Accounting System will be an advantage With or without working experience Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply Working hours: 9.00A.M. till 6.00P.M.
