Client Background: Australia based MNC Industry: Property/ Real Estate Location : KL Sentral Headcount: 1 headcount Tenure: 1 year contract (with chance to be converted to perm) Remuneration: Basic salary + 20 AL, 9am-5pm, Yearly Flexi Allowance RM1,500 + Free Parking & more Responsibilities: Ensure accurate and timely monthly/quarterly/annual financial reporting Ensure smooth running of the finance operations in the Malaysia entities Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and statutory requirements Good level of support provided to the Financial Controller Responsible for the full spectrum of financial accounting and compliance function of the Group Preparation of the consolidated monthly/quarterly/annual closing of accounts within stipulated deadlines and to maintain accurate accounting records Preparation of financial and operating budgets and forecasts Preparation of the cashflow balances and forecast Ensure income distribution are done accurately and in a timely manner Filing of GST, withholding tax, FATCA and CRS returns in a timely manner Track development project costings Ensure strict compliance with all accounting standards, tax, statutory, regulatory, legislative requirements, and legal obligations (such as Venture and Partnership Agreements) Manage external audits Administrator role for the bank accounts Develop SOP and internal controls and ensure they are put in place Liaise with both internal and external parties including Logos Group, investors, bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and regulators Attend to any ad hoc projects as requested by the Financial Controller Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree in Finance/Accounting/ Banking or equivalent Preferably with a professional accounting qualification (CPA. ACCA) An eye for details and IT literate in MS Office and accounting software Good analytical and interpersonal skills At least 5-8 years of working experience in a similar position
