Job Description

You are responsible to be in charge of the Accounts Payable function of the company, overseeing account payable team operation, including invoice processing, vendor payments, account reconciliations, and maintaining accurate financial records.You will be responsible to

• Oversee daily accounts payable operations, including invoice processing and payments.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing, complying with company policies.
• Manage vendor relationships and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, monitor key performance indicators.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
• Oversee inventory transactions, monitor variances, and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.

• Hold a degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or a related field.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in handling Accounts Payable and including 2-3 years in a people management role.
• Possesses strong knowledge of accounts payable processes, policies and best practices.
• Demonstrates high integrity, independence, strong leadership abilities, and excellent analytic and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Proactive, quick to learn, self-motivated, and able to multitask, with a performance-driven mindset
• Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Oracle.
