The Assistant Finance Manager (Commercial Finance) will play a crucial role in providing financial insights and support to drive business decisions. This position is ideal for a professional with a strong background in accounting and finance who is seeking a business partnering role.

• Review and ensure accuracy of Management Accounts, financial results, monthly rolling forecasts, and annual budgets (MPLAN).
• Manage year-end reporting including GFA packs and liaising with external auditors for timely and appropriate annual statutory reporting.
• Monitor and control cash flows, purchase orders, capital expenditures, and payment approvals.
• Provide strategic support to the Head of Business Unit on operational finance, including developing financial planning, strategy, and setting targets.
• Advise Management on financial implications and risks arising from business activities.
• Manage and ensure adherence to proper internal controls, finance processes, Group Finance policies, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Lead Finance transformation initiatives focused on accounting policies and improving financial processes for efficiency and added value.

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are advantageous.
• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
