Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7 Undertake and supervise day-to-day finance and accounting matters.

\xc2\xb7 To assist Finance Manager on finalize monthly management reports and KPI reports.

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and update the Fixed Assets Schedule to ensure proper recording of fixed assets.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor sales collection and follow up with slow moving debtor balances.

\xc2\xb7 Follow up issues raised by auditors and enforce compliance with company policies.

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and review cash flow position of the company.

\xc2\xb7 Update of monthly audit schedules.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with internal and external auditors during audits.

\xc2\xb7 Liaise with bankers on treasury and financing matters.

\xc2\xb7 Co-ordinate and assist in accounting software updates or modifications.

\xc2\xb7 Attend & monitor stock-takes to ensure accurate stocks record.

\xc2\xb7 To liaise with tax agent on all tax matters & tax compliance submission.

\xc2\xb7 To perform any other duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum Degree qualification

\xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of financial markets, financial instruments and debt instruments

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of banking relationships and covenants

\xc2\xb7 Positive attitude, hardworking, trustworthy and mature and able to maintain confidentiality at all times.

\xc2\xb7 Resourceful, result-oriented and work well under pressure

\xc2\xb7 Dynamic, hands-on and committed to working long hours to deliver results

\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels.

\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and yet be a team player

\xc2\xb7 Analytical, problem-solver and multitasker - with the ability to do highly unstructured work.

\xc2\xb7 Computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Excel.

\xc2\xb7 Knowledge of applicable AP, AR, GL and Microsoft Dynamics GP systems and procedure will add advantage.
