We are seeking a highly motivated

Assistant Finance Manager

to oversee all aspects of our accounting operations and drive financial excellence.

As our

Assistant Finance Manager,

you will:

Direct all accounting operations, ensuring compliance with GAAP. Develop and maintain accounting policies and systems for accurate financial reporting. Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting processes, and manage external audits. Analyze financial results to identify trends, profitability, and cost-saving opportunities. Provide strategic guidance on capital financing options to support company growth. Manage tax planning, compliance, and cash flow. Provide leadership and development opportunities for our finance teams. Drive process and efficiency improvements to optimize reporting cycles and costs.

Requirements:

Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills. Chartered Accountant

(ICA or ACCA)

with 2-3 years of professional experience. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Finance. Experience working with multinational teams and start-up environments. High attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently. Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
