Job Description

Role Responsibilities:



Ensure all reconciliations are done monthly such as bank reconciliation, intercompany reconciliation and, other balance sheet schedule. Handle full set of accounts. Prepare payment voucher for all types of payments for signature. Handle data key-in accounting system. Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet. Prepare creditor reconciliation. Monitor petty cash float. Ensure the accounting entries are posted in an accurate and timely matter into accounting system. Ensure cashflow is in healthy position through constant monitoring of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Responsible for the preparation of monthly/quarterly/yearly Management Performance Report. Perform analysis in relation to Profit and Losses statement for management review. Preparation and delivery of annual budgets and forecasting. Financial analysis of operating segments, OPEX, CAPEX for management review. Prepare and monitor cash flow projections. Responsible for the tax returns, computation of tax and other tax matter of the group. Develop and maintain all other necessary controls and processes to ensure that legal and financial requirements and regulations are complied with. Keep systems and procedures under constant review to ensure that they continue to contribute to the provision of high quality of service to the company. Monitor adherence of the policies and procedures relating to internal control system. Maintain proper filing for easy retrieval. Undertake ad-hoc assignments as required.

Role Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent qualification (ACCA/CA/CPA/MIA etc). Minimum of 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position with at least 2 years of experience in detailed financial analysis, interpretation, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Ability to interpret financial information and processes to non-financial personnel. Ability to communicate and lead the team to support the business with positive attitude. Knowledge and practical in full set account. Committed with strong sense of responsibility and task oriented. Strong accounting knowledge and standards. Required language: English & Bahasa Malaysia. Able to speak Mandarin would be an added advantage. Knowledge of accounting software or SQL/IDCP system will be an added advantage. Well verse in Microsoft Office applications.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
