Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Oversee the financial activities of subsidiaries and related companies, providing guidance on finance operations, compliance, and reporting standards.
Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities, ensuring timely submission of statutory reports and tax filings (including CP204 and SST).
Manage e-invoice processing and maintain proper documentation in line with internal policies.
Monitor bank balances and deposits, and manage intercompany loans as well as capital injections.
Maintain the monthly rent roll and ensure all updates are accurate and completed on schedule.
Handle billing adjustments arising from lease amendments, modifications, terminations, or novations, including changes to commencement dates and rent-free periods.
Oversee Accounts Payable by reviewing and processing vendor invoices with proper authorization and policy compliance.
Oversee Accounts Receivable by reviewing and activating lease agreements--whether new, modified, terminated, or novated.
Ensure overall financial operations comply with tax regulations, internal controls, and industry best practices to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.
Key Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the real estate, property, or investment management sector.
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in AutoCount and Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, and advanced formulas).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
