Job Description

Responsibilities: Perform month end closing activities. Prepare balance sheet reconciliations, supporting schedules, including month-end and year-end closing. Working with various departments in PO accruals and ensure prompt follow up on accruals status. Prepare weekly cash flow projections. Prepare GST returns, assist in Corporate Tax filling for the assigned companies. Liaise with auditors, tax agents and external service providers. Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance of internal controls. Assist in ad-hoc admin and finance assignment when required. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: Diploma or Degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA/CA or equivalent would be an added advantage. Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in finance field with accounting experience in MNCs or audit firms. Microsoft Office literacy essential (strong excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, e.g., sumifs, indirect function, pivot table, v/h lookup, etc). Knowledge of SAP, HFM, Fusion knowledge will be an added advantage. Knowledge in internal controls and statutory regulations. General system fluency; willingness to partner with IT team on upgrades, change requests. Good attitude, positive minded & passionate in driving and succeeding in your career. Strong communication and documentation skills including coordination skills, very good personal presentation, oral and written communication skills. Can work under tight deadlines and with minimum supervision enabling delivery of complex projects on time.
