Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance Remuneration : Up to RM8,500 per month Duration : 8-Months contract with PERSOLKELLY Acting as a Finance Business Partner for Corporate Admin Overhead and HR Employment Cost, work closely with budget holders to drive a robust management forecasting, provisioning of financial insights, analytical review, and variance analysis, identifying any cost saving opportunities and delivering the financial results Ensuring customer needs and relationships are fulfilled and improved through proactive involvement and interaction Monitor GBS Operational KPls and liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure performance metrics are aligned with targets on monthly basis Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting policies, internal and SOX controls at all time as well as liaise with external auditors for any requests and queries related to SOX and audit Investigating and responding to ad-hoc queries/reporting relating to financial performance and analysis requests Drive a continuous improvement culture including applications of analytics, simplification, and automation, resulting in improvement to financial results and add value to the business. Develop effective relationship with Finance, HR, Corporate Functional (i.e.: LEX, IT, Facility), and other internal peers/colleagues, external stakeholders as well as DRBU/Regional counterparts Job Requirements At least 5 years of experience in a global FMCG or similar dynamic operating environment Degree educated with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA) A thorough understanding and knowledge of relevant finance tools and systems, specifically BI/BPC, SAP or ERP equivalent Understand the platforms and analyse reports, identify issues and challenges within reports functionalities and data Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, problem solving, business partnering, stakeholder management and can work under pressure with minimum supervision Kindly submit your CV toEmail/WhatsApp:
