Job Description

To assist Head of Finance on overall finance operations responsibility towards achieving department goals in congruence with company business objectives. Maintain accounting system under manufacturing environment, i.e ERP system. Ensure the accounting process is maintained accurately and in compliance with regulated accounting standard, inclusive of data integrity and reliability in the financial information system Oversee Billing and Credit division ensuring complete and prompt billing and collection. Monitor and verify payments to suppliers, including cash flow planning. Improve financial internal control environment with regular costing process improvement including preparation and maintenance of related financial SOP/policies. Work cross-functionally to analyze material cost and direct cost incurred, products profit margin, overhead costs and other spending in manufacturing product compared with budget; Budget, Forecast & Planning. Monitor and highlight plant operating expenses by exception in order to ensure spending incurred is reasonable. Involve in Inventory Management, stock take. Coordinate and engage with external auditor to ensure proper accounting practices and year-end audits. Manage local tax reporting (review of current tax and deferred tax computation, tax estimates and tax returns submission) to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements Main contact window with banker, government office
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or higher professional qualification 3-4 years' experience in Audit firm, including 3 years' experience in supervising team members Knowledge and understanding of cost accounting functions Strong analytical skill and detail-oriented Able to achieve deadlines and goals in a timely manner Local Accounting standards and GAAP ERP system knowledge - CO, MM modules Knowledge and experience of MS office tools, especially MS Excel A self-starter with good communication and interpersonal skills. A team player who is able to deal with people of all levels
