Assistant Finance Manager

Job Description
- Prepare monthly management accounts promptly, including Balance Sheet reconciliations, P&L statements, and Cashflow analysis.
- Review all AP transactions to ensure adherence to budgets and prompt execution of urgent payments.
- Ensure the timely collection of outstanding receivables.
- Oversee the coordination of the annual audit and the completion of monthly/annual tax filings.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects, focusing on cost-saving and revenue-generating opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast company performance, including budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario planning.
- Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic planning and decision-making.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to assess business performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Adept and capable inventory management and forecasting abilities
- Able to coordinate and work with internal and external parties.
