• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance /Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA or equivalent;
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts with established company, preferably in Automotive, commercial retail company;
• Familiar with Accounting Standards, Company taxation and Companies Act is an added advantage;
• Positive working attitude, motivated and a team player with good interpersonal skills;
• Strong sense of integrity and responsibility, result oriented and able to meet deadlines;
• Computer literate with Accounting System, AUTOLINE, IFCA and Microsoft office is an added advantage;
• Strong organisational skills, quick to learn new concepts and work independently with minimum supervision;
• Flexible, resourceful and passionate in his/her work;
• Applicant should be Malaysia citizen.
• Willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
• Immediate vacancy.

Responsibilities

• To handle full sets of accounts and daily operation works of Finance Department;
• Ensure monthly financial statements are accurately prepared on a timely basis and adhere to accounting standard;
• Assist in other financial activities of the companies including preparation of management reports, financial analysis, tax computation, quarterly and yearly forecasting and budgeting as well as ad hoc reports;
• Assist in identifying and resolving operational issues relating to accounting;
• Assist in cash management, cash flow reporting and other related analysis;
• To liaise with the auditors, tax agent, bankers, company secretaries and etc;
• Maintain and improve internal control, accouniting process and system;
• To assist the superiors in any other ad hoc assignment as and when require.
